Bay window currently has chipboard and needs to be replaced with matching floor boards. Staples in underside of stairs need removing. Possibility of a few staples or nails to be removed from floor but most should be removed now. Move and replace furniture before and after job to adjoining areas. Put throw covers over benches/kitchen items and bookshelf to prevent dust damage. Clean up and dispose offsite of any rubbish resulting. We need the floors of the 1975 home we just purchased sanded and refinished before we move in on the 2nd of Jan. they are currently stained a really dark colour with a shiny finish and we want to take them back to their more natural tone with a matte finish. I’m not entirely sure of the square meterage but I will add photos of the areas to be sanded if you are able to estimate. I also will add the floor plan with the area to be sanded highlighted and photos of before the floor was stained darker. There are two small sets of stairs also. If exact measurements are required I will have them after the 22nd of December.
