We have the carpet, need underlay and it to be laid

Looking for someone with experience in caulking to finish the skirting boards throughout the ground floor and a room upstairs of our home. I was originally planning to do it myself, but I’ve been procrastinating, so I’d rather have a professional get it done properly. The job involves caulking the gaps between the skirting boards and the walls/floor to leave a neat, clean finish. Please see the attached photos for an idea of the work. We have a limited budget, but we’re happy to supply all required caulk and materials, so we’re mainly looking for labour.

Need to have someone cut the yellow tongue flooring off neatly so that it can be reinstatement.

I need removal of old carpet and supply, install new laminate or vinyl floor that looks like timber. Looking for a hard wearing and cheap option Hall 3.5m by 87cm and 5250mm by 1050mm, hall also has door cupboard. Bed 1, 3.7 by 3.6 plus 3 door cupboard Bed 2, 2.5 by 3.6 plus 2 door cupboard Lounge 4.5m by 3.9m

Have just replaced the old floors with new floor boards but had to remove all the floor board skirtings. Needing new ones for the entire house. There are no stairs. I don’t have the skirting. We were hoping of probably more simple rectangular skirting. The total linear meters is about 95m. Below I have attached the floor plan of the house. The area that is no shaded is the area that needs skirting.

Current deck needs to be extended. There was a spa on the deck that is removed and the vacant space need decking. Dimension is 240cm by 220 cm. The base has concrete which is 30 cm down from the deck level

I want to remove carpets in a 3 bedroom house (single storey) rooms and lounge is approx 78sqm. Carpet is not glued in. Price is for the pull up of the carpet, underlay and timber strips (holding the carpet in place). I will also need help with disposal but we can discuss the price of disposal and tip fee separately - not in the price. I need someone experienced with a quality finish so that I can use the floor boards underneath with minimal repairs.
