Using a 1.2m straight edge, I found some spots with up to 5mm height difference, mainly slightly raised (peaked) areas. I need someone experienced in floor levelling / floor preparation to: • Inspect and identify uneven areas • Grind down high spots or use self-levelling compound where needed Room size : approximately 14m2

Minor repairs, sand and polish, 3 x coats water based stain polished boards in kitchen, living room and stairs. Total area for sand and polish 46 m 2 (open plan) plus 1 story flight of stairs. Tiles and most of mastic removed, some fine layer of mastic remains in kitchen. 4 small holes need filling and/or repairing, several small surface chunks of timber came up when the tiles were pulledup and need to be repaired/filled with filler (resin). Two strips at either end of the dining room have pink filler that needs to removed. Gaps between boards need to be filled. Bay window currently has chipboard and needs to be replaced with matching floor boards. Staples in underside of stairs need removing. Possibility of a few staples or nails to be removed from floor but most should be removed now. Move and replace furniture before and after job to adjoining areas. Put throw covers over benches/kitchen items and bookshelf to prevent dust damage. Clean up and dispose offsite of any rubbish resulting. No changing the agreed price, this is a fixed budget and all details are accurate.
