Scuffed wooden floor (interlocking boards). Unsure of wood type and original stain but would like them restained to damaged area as best possible.

Replace approx 10 floor boards where floating floorboards have been damaged. Some cutting required and skirting boards will need to be taken off to install the floorboards.

I have a roughly 2-3 square meter area in my kitchen where the floorboards had to be removed due to damage. I'm looking for someone to install new laminate or hybrid flooring. I will source the materials (they can be discussed prior to the job). I just need help with the installation and cutting.

We are looking to renovate our small courtyard (about 14.5 sqm) and trying to find the best value solution for the courtyard floor. The existing floor is concrete but has large cracks in it and also needs to be filled in around the fence line. Wondering whether a small layer of concrete over the top with some flecks in it to look like terrazzo would be an affordable option. We would like it to be a matte finish like in the example photo attached. Looking for an experienced tiler to lay square tiles in a checkerboard format (i.e. two alternating colours) to cover the floor of our courtyard. The dimensions of the courtyard are 6.1m x 2.35m. The current floor is a concrete slab. There are some gaps along the side of the fence that may need filling in (unless you can just lay tiles over the gap).
