Two strips at either end of the dining room have pink filler that needs to removed. Gaps between boards need to be filled. Bay window currently has chipboard and needs to be replaced with matching floor boards. Staples in underside of stairs need removing. Possibility of a few staples or nails to be removed from floor but most should be removed now. Move and replace furniture before and after job to adjoining areas. Put throw covers over benches/kitchen items and bookshelf to prevent dust damage. Clean up and dispose offsite of any rubbish resulting. No changing the agreed price, this is a fixed budget and all details are accurate.
