We will have the surface completely clear (demoed carpets, baseboards up) and all "Click - floors" from Bunnings in packages in the unit unwrapped and sorted propertly. Hi Looking for someone to install 80 sqm of vinyl sheet flooring. The material is from Pegulam Argo TX range. The rep has noted 'This 4 mtr wide vinyl products can be chemically welded (using a supplied adhesive) at the seams and because they’re pliable they lay flat when rolled out. You could lay the vinyl over a builders plastic'. Note it will not be glued down in order to protect the existing floor, which should reduce the labour somewhat, though skill seaming up the wall/Skirting is a requisite. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 31 May 2022

Wooden floor polishing for2 rooms

Damage to floor, largely due to water stains. Looking for repairs on those spots, bringing the floorboards back to their original colour, and a whole polishing of the area.

I have a unit that has a hardwood floor that has been stained with use over the past few years. It's roughly 50m2. I need to have it sanded down and coated with polish so that the floors are presentable.

Bedroom was with carpet, now removed. Boards need to be prepared, sanded and polished to match rest of house. Area is 3.6x3.6.

After a quote to sand, stain and polish floorboards in a 2 bedroom apartment. All rooms have floor boards except the bathroom. Ideally seeking a brown colour (less orange than in pictures) and a matte or satin finished but would like to discuss available options and recommendations. Proposed dates are 3rd - 6th August and the apartment will be empty. A floor plan is attached to provide an idea of size along with some photos.
