Each bedroom is 3 meters by 2.7 meters in size. Please refer the attached floor plan for exact measurements. Please note that bedroom 2 and 3 have built in wardrobes and bedroom 4 has a small walk in wardrobe. The floors of the wardrobes in these 3 bedrooms will also require laminate flooring installation. I will order all materials from local Bunnings store located in Hoppers Crossing. You will need to collect the material ordered from Bunnings. ‘Putting skirting boards on’ Approx 20m of 190mm (h) skirts to be applied around a lounge room and entryway. Combination of straight and corners to be done. - Skirts, bullet head nails and caulking provided. Profile of skirt included in photos.

One side skirting needs to be taken out as part is missing and needs to be replaced. Next to it you can see some of the timber floor missing. Those first 5 planks about 1 meter need some solid wood under it to hold it up. Plus some. 3 planks about 1 meter in length need to be replaced. I don't have the materials. Could get if needed.
