I need to remove and dispose of floating floor boards with underlay from 1 room 10m2.

Remove existing water damaged skirting board to apartment bedroom. Replace with similar (or as close as possible)profile pre-primed skirting. Appropriately mitre all joints and allow correct space for carpet to be placed beneath skirting. Appropriately join to door architraves. Approximate lengths/dimensions and photo of existing skirting attached. Experienced carpenters only. Remove all waste and clean up. In addition, I have an architrave that was installed; however, I need it to be prepped for painting.
