We need timber floorboards removed from original timber floors. These floorboards have been pinned down and need to be removed with care to not damage original floorboards beneath. There are 3 rooms and a hallway.

Hi, I renovated 15 yeas ago. Having carpet layed in my bedrooms. At the time the floor boards very soft in areas and the builder laid some type of tin product over parts on the floor …. I didn’t need new boards in the bedrooms. Now… I can feel a floor board is broken in another area. Hoping the carpet can be lifted and the area fixed.

We will complete our kitchen renovation between the 17th of November and the 12th of December. As part of the work, we will end up with a patch of click flooring missing. I have included marked up images for your reference. The area marked in red will need to be removed and new flooring laid in place. We may need to peel back the full width of the living area to match it in correctly so as not to notice the joint. An example of this is marked in blue in the other image. We will have matching replacement click flooring. We require someone to install this after the kitchen has been installed. Total area marked in red is 6 square metres. Total area marked in Blue is 15 square metres. The work will need to be completed once our new kitchen is fully installed. We can provide an exact date of the completion once we receive an update from our kitchen builders within the next week.

We would like to a small update to our outdoor courtyard. Tiles need to be removed (presumably jackhammer?) and then new pavers installed.
