Looking for an experienced deck installer/carpenter to install a deck in our backyard, approximately 5 m × 5 m (25 m²). The deck will be at the bottom of our existing outdoor staircase and run along the fence/privacy screening area. Scope of work: - Supply and install decking - Include the required subframe, supports and fixings. - Finish the edges neatly around the existing staircase. Need to install hybrid flooring for an approximately 30sqm floor area (2.5 rooms - kitchen, dining and study). The hybrid flooring panels are 10mm thick and comes with an underlayment. The study has one step to install hybrid flooring. Hybrid flooring panels and flat cover floor trim can be provided. The study has recently had vinyl flooring removed as seen in photos. The kitchen and dining area has dated vinyl which needs to be removed. I have a vinyl flooring scraper if required. Existing skirting panels will need to be carefully removed and put back on. Need to be experienced in installing hybrid flooring professionally.

We have a 5m long hallway runner that we need to lay and secure in our hallway that goes up two stairs. We need it secured around the stairs and at each end so the rug does not slip and move at all even with high foot traffic. The image shown is an old hallway runner that we have been trialling with tape to secure it. We now need to do it properly. As you can see from the image, the stairs do not have any overhang and are straight 90 degrees.

The lino is 3000 l x 1500 w It needs to be cut around existing cabinetry and installed. It will recess about 200 under dishwasher fridge and oven - all of which will be pulled out.
