A 5m (approx) length of a wooden picket fence was blown over in the storms last week. The fence is approximately 1.5m high and 5m in length. The fence itself is structurally sound, however the footing posts had rotted. It appears the fence requires 3 new footing posts (100mm x 100mm) to be attached, 3 holes to be dug, and re-concreted back and secured back into the ground. I can provide a photo(s) if this assists. Price is per post: 3 fence posts are rotted and needs replacing. The existing posts will be concreted in and more than likely need a jackhammer to get them out or just a crow bar. The new posts and replacement bags of Concrete will need to be purchased yourself, the posts will need cutting to size and the checkouts for the cross rails cut out plus a prop or two to hold the fence straight while the concrete sets. Posts should be cypress posts 125 x 75mm @ 2.4m. It's very important the new posts are concreted in properly - no short cuts. Min 500mm deep, 150mm diameter around the posts (shovel width), 2 bags of concrete minimum per post. Obviously need the posts concreted in and the existing fence re-attached to the new posts with palings re-attached and all holes back filled with old posts removed from site and disposed of. I was after approx 4m of colour bond fencing.To supply and install. Standard height of 1.8m high with 2 sleepers on the grass. I will be available to give you a hand with labour.

Front brick fence approx 10m long and 50cm high. The brick facade is starting to fall down, need someone to just come and remove it. It’s already falling so will need to be further demolished and letterbox removed. Imagine will need to use a sledge hammer or something similar to just losses remaining bricks then remove. Will need the bricks / rubbish removed as well.

Hinges and locks to be incorporated, where practical, into existing fence structure and palings to create a lockable access gate for foot traffic only. Design to cause minimal impact on aesthetics of property viewable from common areas at Yarravillage. Incorporate the gate into the existing fence therefore hiding the feature as best as possible, retaining consistency with the surrounding properties.

My front gate needs to be adjusted and moved up in my fence post. Essentially I need someone with a power tool who will also provide some sound advice to make it easier to open my front gate.
