The door seems to be shifting away from the door frame. As a result, the latch is becoming more and more misaligned with the strike plate, making it difficult to lock properly.

The lock on the backyard side gate has come loose because the mounting screws are missing. Please reinstall the lock by fitting new screws and securely fastening it to the gate so that it can be locked properly. In addition, please install a lifting bar (gate latch lifter) on the side gate lock so that the gate can also be opened from the outside. remove the exposed nail from the wooden strip on the ground in the backyard. Please refer to the location indicated by the red arrow in the attached photo.

Hi. We need to get 2 swing style garden gates fixed to make them close properly again. I've attached photos. The screws holding the latch on one of the gates have come out so need bigger metal screws to re-attach the latch securely. Looking for someone to install a Sureguard Pingg-String cat containment system on the timber paling fence at my property in Augustine Heights. Total fence perimeter is approximately 58 metres. All components have been purchased and will be provided on the day. This includes insulated cable, extension kits, end post kits and energiser included. The job involves mounting bracket arms and insulators along the top of the fence, running and tensioning the wire angled inward toward the yard and rigging the gate loop over the single gate. The energiser position will need to be assessed and decided on the day based on what works best for the setup. It needs to be installed in a north-facing position with access to full sun. There is one fold-down clothesline mounted to the fence that will need the wire routed carefully around it with extra insulators either side to avoid contact with the metal frame. No drilling into structures required as all fixing is into timber palings. Happy to be home on the day to show you around the property before you start.
