Star Jasmine Fence Screening – Handyman Needed Looking for a handyman to help create a simple support structure for existing star jasmine along our timber garden fence. The job would involve: Attaching approximately 3-4 slim vertical timber battens to the existing fence Running 2- 3 horizontal stainless-steel wires above/across the fence for the jasmine to trail along. Helping train/tie the existing jasmine onto the new supports Secure installation suitable for the weight of the plant as it grows I already have some timber battens and will supply the wire/materials as needed. The aim is simply to encourage the existing jasmine to grow higher and across the fence to provide some additional privacy. The screws holding the latch on one of the gates have come out so need bigger metal screws to re-attach the latch securely. Description I need a handyman to fix the alignment of the latch on outdoor gate. As shown in the photos, the latch and catch are currently not lining up correctly. I would like a small wooden piece/block added behind the catch/keeper to raise it and bring it into the correct position and alignment with the sliding latch. The existing latch can be reused if possible. The main requirement is to: * Add a suitable wooden piece behind the catch. * Raise and reposition the catch so it lines up with the sliding bolt. * Secure the wooden piece and catch firmly. * Make sure the latch slides in and out smoothly and holds the gate securely when closed. Looking for someone to install a Sureguard Pingg-String cat containment system on the timber paling fence at my property in Augustine Heights. Total fence perimeter is approximately 58 metres. All components have been purchased and will be provided on the day. This includes insulated cable, extension kits, end post kits and energiser included. The job involves mounting bracket arms and insulators along the top of the fence, running and tensioning the wire angled inward toward the yard and rigging the gate loop over the single gate. The energiser position will need to be assessed and decided on the day based on what works best for the setup. It needs to be installed in a north-facing position with access to full sun. There is one fold-down clothesline mounted to the fence that will need the wire routed carefully around it with extra insulators either side to avoid contact with the metal frame.
