I have been told that my glass spa pool fence is non-compliant in 2 areas, (i) the glass panel (1800w , 1200h) is within the NCZ distance of 900mm of a climbable object, being 800 mm, a variance of 100mm and (ii) the panel has a vertical space of 112mm, 12mm more than the 100mm required. I would like these 2 area of non compliance to be fixed, if possible. For example, can the height of the panel be raised by 200mm , say through adjustment of the pool fence spigots and the panel be adjusted to be within 100ml vertical space. My spa pool fencing consists of one glass panel,1800w , 1200h and one gate 830w and 1200h. Can a quote be provided for the work.

Take away the fence panels and posts I have neatly stacked on the nature strip.
