Lower a 46kg heat pump dryer down one floor via a void on ropes/straps (you provide) and install on shelf in laundry. Laundry is close to staircase/void on lower floor. Dryer will sit on hip height shelf. No drilling required. Must fix drainage hose (provided) that will drain into laundry sink next to dryer. I think this is definitely a two person job. We have had larger/heavier items lowered through the void by removalists when we moved in so issues with the dryer fitting. Just need two strong people with appropriate ropes/straps. The dryer is already here and unboxed. Pic 1 shows void next to stairs from above and pic 2 is dryer currently resting in front of railing in front of void.

The toilet is continually running - I have stopped it by putting a stick in the mechanism to keep it up- I also need the toilet seat replaced- Two sinks in bathroom to be changed out and new taps too- I will supply taps/toilet seat/sinks
