Place is 2 bedroom flat in 1970's buidling or 18 units. Issue 1: New washer for tap in kitchen Issue 2: Hot water bath tap seems to stop running . Sometimes it works. Ither times it does not. Need fixed or diagnoses what is happening amd why. Issue 3: Shower reported to go very hot from it's warm setting for no reason. This might just need new washers but need it checked that it is safe for use.

Licensed plumber needed to diagnose and repair intermittent shower water flow The shower starts with moderate to low water pressure. After about 1 minute, the flow becomes very weak, and after around 5 minutes, the water stops completely. I then have to wait about 1 hour before some water flows again, and the cycle repeats. This happens with both hot and cold water. I removed the shower head and tested the outlet directly, but the same issue still occurs. All other taps in the apartment work normally. I can send videos before booking. After reviewing the videos, please provide a fixed price for the most likely repair, including the call-out fee, diagnosis, labour and standard replacement parts. Bosch Maxx 8 condenser dryer (WTE86302AU). The dryer starts normally, the drum spins and runs for about 1 minute, then stops and the “Container” warning light comes on.
