I have a crack in the wall of my hallway as pictured that needs to be sanded back and painted over. And as you can see from photos I have patches around my laundry taps that looks uneven and also needs to be sanded and painted over. I can provide the paint which is dulux lexicon quarter

We have had a leak in our shower and it has caused the floor to dip approx 1-1.5cm in an area about 3m x 3m. We also need creaky boards at our bedroom door fixed at the same time. It is the only pars not the house with a creak. Access is tight through the front so it is a tight space to work in.
