Hi, I need help repairing a ceiling-mounted curtain track in my rental apartment near Flinders St, Melbourne CBD (3000). This is a Velcro (hook-and-loop) curtain system: the curtain attaches to a long strip, and that strip is held in the ceiling track by plastic clips/runners. A couple of the plastic clips/runners have snapped off, so the strip has come down and can’t be re-inserted/locked back into the metal ceiling track. Important: The original broken clips/runners cannot be reused. I need you to supply or source new compatible clips/runners (or an equivalent replacement solution). I will reimburse the parts cost (please provide receipt). The existing laundry cabinet and plaster will be removed to a make way for a new cabinet and bench top. The washing machine taps and laundry sink mixer taps need to be repositioned under a new 600mm cabinet. Also current sink drain outlet needs to be moved under the new cabinet. House is elevated allowing access to under floor pipes. Images show the current laundry setup. I'm hoping to do this in the next 2 x weeks.
