Replace two washers in one sink area

Repair damaged subfloor vents / brick gaps (rodent entry points) I have several subfloor ventilation openings along my exterior brick wall where the surrounding brick/mortar has crumbled or the vent cover is missing entirely, creating gaps rodents are using to get under the house. Scope: • Re-point/patch crumbling mortar around six existing vent grilles and fit rodent proofing • Supply and fit rodent-proof vent covers (mesh-backed) on six openings that currently have no cover • Must maintain subfloor airflow — vents should not be bricked up or sealed solid • Location: Carlton North ground level, easy access • Please bring appropriate mortar/brickwork tools and matching vent covers (or advise if I should purchase these in advance) •

Looking for someone to do some fixes in my bathroom - replace shower head and fix leaking taps. I am recovering from a broken leg, so am unable to do the job myself or provide a great deal of support. I imagine it would be best for someone to come by my place to assess what’s needed for tap fix and double check dimensions for the new shower head, then go out and purchase necessary items at Bunnings etc. See image attached of replacement shower head I would like if it fits. Budget is inclusive of expenses. Then return to complete the fixes. If available today (Wed 1) that would be excellent.

Bosch Maxx 8 condenser dryer (WTE86302AU). The dryer starts normally, the drum spins and runs for about 1 minute, then stops and the “Container” warning light comes on. I have already: * Cleaned the lint filter * Cleaned the condenser/heat exchanger * Cleaned internal ducts and lint build-up * Unplugged and reset the machine The machine has been partially disassembled and thoroughly cleaned, but the fault remains.
