We have pre-purchased shower taps we would like to swap in (see photos), and would appreciate if you could recommend or provide taps for bath. Certified plumbers ideally - or those who are now retired looking for some odd jobs! Photos provided of tap mechanism currently in place. Ideally completed on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday.

Looking for a licensed plumber to fix a few old taps, as shown in the photos. 1. Capped washing machine tap - cap and washer are new but has a small leak - needs redoing. 2. Cold washing machine tap – new hardware has been fitted, but there is a small leak. Needs redoing and rotating 90 degrees to the right. 3. Two laundry sink taps are leaking and need fixing. 4. Hi, I’m looking for someone to complete a few small handyman jobs in my apartment: 1. Fix 2 internal doors * Both doors don’t close properly and need to be adjusted (likely hinges or alignment). * They should open and close smoothly once repaired. 2. Fill gaps around the skirting boards * There are small gaps between the skirting boards and the wall/floor in several areas. * I already have Polyfilla F20 Gap Filler supplied, so you only need to apply it neatly with a caulking gun and leave a clean finish. Bosch Maxx 8 condenser dryer (WTE86302AU). The dryer starts normally, the drum spins and runs for about 1 minute, then stops and the “Container” warning light comes on.
