Dripping shower head. Taps need replacement washer/internal parts

There are two leaky taps I need to get fixed, both are wall-mounted.

I just need one for the bathroom sink to be replaced. I will provide the taps and mixers

Aircon upstairs leaking. Ceiling below has wet patch. Previous plumber thought the pipe outside needed changing. Will need ladder to access outside

I need my dishwasher disconnected and moved out from beneath bench so there is room to connect pipes from washing machine to taps. Then move dishwasher back in and reconnect. Also there is a loose tap in kitchen that needs to be tightened and toilet is constantly running which needs fixing.

We had the carpet in our hall area and bedroom lifted to repair the floor. We now need the carpet relayed around the door areas and repair of small section of damaged carpet. Photos below.

Clipsal dimmer working perfectly fine but button depressed / broken per pic.

We need help fixing a toilet that only fills up very slowly and flushes irregularly. Also have a shower that leaks water at the shower head at the point where it is joined to the wall and a couple of taps, that drip if not turned off very tightly.

Two taps in a commercial shop need new washers

Toilet keeps running and I can’t shut it off. The tap at the wall doesn’t seem to stop it not completely. The internal flush mechanism has been replaced very recently so that he is not the cause of the problem.

Two (2) leaking taps. You will need the right parts to remove, which is one of the old school extraction/removal tool, most likely replacement on the washers. See photos on the two (2) taps, one at laundry and one in toilet.

I'm very sure my HDMI port is not working properly, I've changed tv, projector and cables and the common theme is the ps5 port

We have two taps that are leaking. We've been told it's the sealant. We need a registered plumber to come and ensure they no longer leak.
