We are moving out of the apartment and need the walls where we had paintings touched up. There are around 10 spots with a hook or mark on the wall.

Remove paint drips and marks off tiles

Hi - I need someone to install 12 steel pitch vertical wall strips onto a plaster and masonry wall (brackets and shelves will be mounted onto pitch strips after - see photo attached). The pitch strips need to be installed in 6 verticals 0.5m from floor, so they will reach 3m up the wall (i.e. each vertical is 2.5m). There are 12 strips in total 6 x 2m, 6 x 0.5m. We are painting the room this week so need quick installation Tuesday evening prior to painters coming in (there is a small amount of flexibility with timing). Steel strips, screws and plugs provided. Room has been cleared of furniture. BYO masonry drill and stepladder. Thanks!

I'm looking for someone to build a child hood outdoor game for me seems super basic to build. I don't have the materials so hoping someone has unused wood lying around and is handy. Similar to the photo but does not need to be as good as the photo 1 x 1200mm long 150x40mm timber fence rail, or 150x20mm fence paling (ideally treated to H3.2) 3 x 75mm stainless steel self-taping decking screws Sandpaper 1. To make the gutterboard, first cut the 1200mm long fencing rail through the centre, to create 2 pieces 600mm long each. 2. tightly hold the two pieces of timber together on the long edge to form a triangle shape. Using a power drill, drill the 3 self-taping screws through the face of one rail into the top edge of the other. One screw on each end, and one on centre. Be careful to keep the screws straight.

I have a timber window frame in my apartment that has cracked/peeling paint and possible minor wood rot. The window also gets very damp in winter and I recently had a millipede come in, so I want the gaps sealed properly. Scope of work: * Scrape and remove loose/flaking paint on the window frame (inside, possibly small touch outside if accessible) * Fill cracks and any minor damaged timber with wood filler * Seal gaps around the frame and glass with appropriate sealant to prevent moisture and bugs getting in * Optional: light sanding and touch-up paint (white) if included This is a first-floor apartment. Inside access is easy. Outside access may be possible with a ladder but only if safe. Looking for someone experienced with basic carpentry/handyman work, especially timber window repairs. Minor Wall Repairs & Paint Touch-ups I’m preparing my apartment for sale and need help with minor wall repairs and paint touch-ups.
