I’ve swapped power cables and outlets to confirm, and the one that does work has a hum and light when its on. I try the other and theres no hum or light at all. I have two rechargeable lamps, that just need to be put together and then drilled into the side of my cabinet on either side of the bed. It's a really easy job.
