Electrician required to disconnect and fitoff kitchen (2-3 GPOs) and reconnect. Demolishing existing kitchen this weekend and need 2-3 GPOs disconnected and fitoff so cabinetry can be removed, on Friday 20th Feb. Reconnection required once new kitchen has been installed in approximately 5 weeks. All other GPOs remaining in current positions. Licence and insurance required.

-the AC turns on only on the fan mode, not on the cold mode. The fan outside isn’t spinning when turned on -Deep clean of one air conditioner unit. Last cleaned 12 months ago and not used much in the last couple of months.

Replace two bathroom down-lights which are not working. This replacement works are to be performed by a licensed electrician as the wires are screwed to the terminal block of the downlight unit and a like for like replacement is required.
