Install a new 7kw air conditioner

Two recessed LED downlights (the larger type) in my living room have stopped working. The smaller downlights on the same switch and ceiling still work fine, so most likely the integrated fittings/drivers have failed. Looking for a licensed electrician to supply and replace both - happy to go with standard warm-white (3000K) LED downlights you recommend. Flexible on timing this week. Job 1 - in the storage space under the stairs the previous own installed a base station for an alarm with very confusing low voltage wiring. We want it all removed. Job 2 - move existing power point. The electrical wire comes up through the floor board so it would need to be pulled back through it and then a new hole drilled through floorboard a metre away. Has gone subfloor access. Job 3 - led downlighting above stove top has died, hopefully the LED needs to be replaced as it’s a a new reno so wiring is new

Need to : 1- install 2x power points in bedrooms 2- install 4x LED down lights in Garage 3- Install 4x Sensor outdoor lights around the house. The lights and power points will be provided. Two of the sensor lights will be new install, another two will be replacing existing ones. It’s a single story house at the front, double story at the back. It’s a concrete tiled roof. I have other work as well which we can discuss when you’re here as a separate job.

Looking for a licensed electrician to do a small lighting job in a salon/treatment room in Paddington. I need: • Existing hanging/pendant light removed • Replaced with a recessed LED downlight to match the existing downlight in the room as closely as possible • Existing light switch changed to a dimmer switch • Please make sure the new downlight is dimmable and compatible with the dimmer • Ideally I’d like the finished result to look neat and flush with the ceiling I’ve attached photos of the existing light, nearby downlight and switch. The machine is rated: 220V 3000W / 3kW Approx. 13–14A operating current It currently has a Chinese 16A large-pin plug which we have been using through an adapter into a dedicated Australian 15A wall socket. The adapter has now broken, so rather than replacing the adapter, we would like a licensed electrician to remove the existing Chinese plug and install a proper Australian 15A plug directly onto the appliance cable. Looking for someone experienced with rangehood or appliance repairs to diagnose and repair a lighting fault. Both lights have stopped working. I don’t know whether the problem is the bulbs, light fittings, power supply or another part of the lighting system. Rangehood model shown on the label: IRI6SE1.
