Just got new internet connection and NBN cable needs to replace

I need to install a standard power point for my pergolas (within the red circle of the photo). The pergolas has wiring for lighting already. I need licensed electrician to do the job.

Wiring is there, need someone to add a waterproof point. It is a point for a front gate motor to the driveway.

I'm in a rental property. My daughter turned the jet on for the spa bath. It immediate turned off and blew a fuse. Power to some parts of the house are out. Power in other areas are fine. One aspect impacted is the freezer which is a problem. Power in the garage is fine.

My Eufy E340 camera (hard-wired 240 V AC) has recently started causing issues. Whenever I turn the camera on, the Legrand RCBO 30 mA switch trips after a few minutes. It was working fine before and was only installed about four months ago. I suspect there might be moisture or loose wiring in the junction box, or possibly an internal leakage fault inside the camera. I need someone to come over to check the wiring and junction box to see if it can be fixed on site?

1)The garage ceiling lamp with holder need to be fixed. All the fittings and wiring are in place. Just need to provide holder and lamp shade and then the lamp holder along with shade need to be screwed to the ceiling. Looking for a quote to install 3 internal power outlets. There’s one outlet in the kitchen and two in the living room. I’ll be mounting the TV later, but I’d like to have another outlet installed in the middle of the wall so it’s easier to hide the cables.

Removed internal wall so must move light switch to highlighted wall also replace current light with downlight and add another dowblight where I’ve marked
