Hot water system is dead - needs replacing and would like to utilise Vic Govt rebate scheme. Problem is solution needs to be an electrical heat pump outdoors and this is complex given our unit shares a wall with neighbour on one side, and shares a carport wall on the other. The options out front are bad and the back is too far away from any existing pipework. Need a VEU accredited expert to have a look and provide a solution (if any).
