Hi, there are three pendant lights on my kitchen island. One has got accidently broken. Is there anyone who can help take one of them out from the top socket so that we can look for matching options in the market. This will be task 1. If we find a good match for the glass there will be task 2 to probably replace all three glasses but it will be catered via separate task not under this one.

I want to remove this work bench, but there are power points running through it. Relocate it as well as remove the swimming pool meter. As circled in the pictures. Might also re-locate and get new outlets

Need an electrician to install a PowerPoint on the ceiling. x2. Will do another garage as well.

We need to fan installed in our flat. There is currently a light there that will need to be taken down and replaced with the fan that has a light in it.

I require a licensed electrician (with current NSW registration if applicable) to carry out the following work: Connect four ceiling fans (each with integrated lighting) to the existing lighting circuits/final subcircuits. The fans are already assembled and securely mounted to the ceiling joists using appropriate fan-rated brackets/supports. The previous light fittings have been removed, leaving the existing ceiling roses or junction boxes ready for connection. Each fan includes a light kit, and the supplied remote control receiver/handset allows independent operation of the fan motor and the lights (i.e. separate switching/control via remote). Supply and install two double GPOs (general purpose outlets / power points) in the attic/roof space. This will involve running appropriate TPS cable from the nearest existing circuit or distribution point in the roof space (or as determined on site), installing two flush-mounted or surface-mounted double socket outlets in suitable locations, complete with architrave brackets or wall boxes, attaching to a single timber frame/joist as required, and making safe connections back to the existing cabling. The attic has a catwalk/platform with carpet underlay, allowing comfortable and safe access without risk of falling through the ceiling. Please see the attached photos showing the existing ceiling wiring/rose and the fan's wiring diagram/label for reference.

A small wasp nest hanging under the electrical box on the side of the house. Lots of space to work and very easy access. I haven’t noticed it to be very active. About the size of a closed fist from memory.
