This job is for electrician work to be completed tomorrow Monday. Replace 4 x exhaust fans 1 x outdoor light replacement in retaining wall 4 x outdoor sensor lights 2 x fix 2 down lights with a fuse problem, they flicker and then don’t work. 1 x fan light, similar to the usage above, flickers and the bulb blows quickly 2 x disconnect 2 down lights, going to plaster them over New light fittings supplied by us.

Remove 4 down lights and wiring

Our rheem hot water system is overflowing. Appears to be leaking from the top - potentially the float switch is not activating. We have turned off the water to it and that has stopped it. We need someone to take a look and see if this can be fixed

Domus Lighting INFINITY 6 IN 1 PREMIUM SLIMLINE BATHROOM HEATER fascia needs replacing. Work in upstairs apartment made a piece come off. We took the old one off and the new one isn't clicking in easily. We have the new fascia but can't click it in - we are worried we will damage it if we force it. I’m looking for an electrician to complete a few small repair jobs at my apartment. Jobs include: 1. Repair a wall power point - 1 socket works, but the other doesn’t. 2. Repair a light switch - the light works normally, but the switch is stiff/fiddly and doesn’t click smoothly. 3. Repair a laundry ceiling exhaust fan - The light works, but the exhaust fan doesn’t (same switch). 4. Diagnose and repair the gas stove ignition – the igniter continuously clicks whenever the power is switched on. The burners can still be lit manually with a lighter if the ignition is switched off.
