Hi there, I'm looking for a licensed electrician to replace the following wall outlets in my apartment at Marmion Place, Docklands: 2 x dual power point outlets with switches 1 x TV/data outlet panel This is not a repair job – the outlets are working fine, but I need the old ports replaced with new, clean faceplates for a refreshed look. Electrician must supply all new replacement outlets/faceplates. All existing power and TV functions must still work after installation – I will test them once the job is complete. I recently had downlights installed in my apartment but they’re quite dazzling and bright. To fix this I bought these diffusers but have no idea how to install them. (Photos of lights and diffuser sample attached) They either need to be cut to size and attached to the ceiling, above the light or have the light pulled down and installed between the light and the ceiling attachment. (When trying to pull down the lights they wouldn’t fully budge so didn’t want to force them, but maybe I’m just not doing it right). To be honest, I’m not sure how it’s done but I think it should be a fairly quick job for someone who knows what they’re doing. (If not that quick, I’m open to negotiate the price, just let me know). Initially I just have one job like this but another to come for whoever wants to do it.
