the place is an old (1970s) 1br apartment, with brick/plaster/concrete walls (refer photos)... im looking to get 2 new outlets installed in the kitchen, and one moved higher... 1 has no existing cabling, and one could (maybe) use cabling from a (removed) electric hot water service (on its own circuit, refer photos). i am also wanting to upgrade 4 or more other powerpoints, from single to double outlet. price is negotiable

A small benchtop machine that heats corn cob granulate has stopped heating. This is a basic job, you do not need to know the machine to work on this task. The element has stopped working, we need someone to see if the board has failed or the element, probably using a Multi-Meter. Call me when you are on site.
