Power Point 2: To be installed in the spare room. Wall Type: Both rooms have standard plasterboard walls with hollow cavities. Wiring: There are existing power points nearby in both areas that should be suitable to loop/piggyback off. Looking for a licensed electrician to do tv wall mounting, for power point and tv socket installation.

In one bedroom, there is currently a hole in the ceiling where one light should be installed. It is for a 12V LED MR16 / GU10 fitting. The old dimmable electronic transformer has failed. We have already bought a replacement dimmable transformer, LED lamp, and a 60D MR16 ceiling fitting kit, so we need these installed. In the kitchen, there is a black 4-outlet wall power point that is not working properly. The two right-hand outlets work, but using either of the left-hand outlets trips the circuit breaker. We need this inspected and repaired or replaced. We have one from bunnings The living room light switch is not working. We would prefer a dimmable switch if suitable, but if there is an issue with the dimmer, a standard switch is fine. We need this inspected and replaced as needed. We also have an old RACV security system, and some sensors are currently hanging from the ceiling on cables. We would like them secured neatly back in place. The fire alarm appears to be connected to the RACV system and periodically beeps. We tried replacing the 9V battery, but the beeping continued. We need this investigated and repaired or replaced as needed. Finally, we need the backyard sensor night light replaced. We already have the replacement kit.

I require a qualified electrician to remove our old bathroom exhaust and heat lamp/light. Our house is a single storey weatherboard house. The current exhaust and lamp has current 3 gang wall switch (fan, 2 heat lamps and light). To replace it with a more powerful fan I purchased the IXL Tastic Sensation Model 12303, which has 4 heat lamps (4 switch wall plate). refer attached.
