Looking to install 4-5 DC ceiling fans in our second floor apartment (of a three storey building, so no roof access). Build is about 2010. Fans will need to be fixed to joist or noggin, needing a support bracket/similar. The ceiling is not a concrete slab; it's plaster. There are downlights in every room, so lights and fan via remote control is fine. There are also fire sprinklers in every room, so contractor will need to comply with those regulations. Ideally, a sparkly who has this experience is ideal for this job. If you do not have experience retrofitting ceiling fans, this is not the job for you. Thanks a million!

Install pendant light in front room, into existing fitting

The bathroom fan isn’t turning off once it’s switched on. It seems there’s something unusual happening with the wall switch. Right now, I’ve unplugged the internal fan inside the vent to stop it from running. The issue is inconsistent — when I plug it back in, the switch will work normally for a short time (turning the fan on and off), but then it randomly stops responding, and the fan stays on continuously. The only way to stop it again is to unplug it. I’ll need someone with electrical experience, who can identify what's wrong in the circuit causing this.

The office has a new 70 inch TV screen to fit on the wall. We have the brackets. This needs to be done by an electrician as there is a PowerPoint at the base of the wall that needs to be run up to a new PowerPoint and HDMI plug behind the TV.. see photos

Two fuses are tripping and I think the wiring might need to be looked at? The first is a blown globe that trips the light fuse; the other one has tripped even though I’ve taken all equipment I can out of it!
