Ensuite Wall: Isolate and safely cap wires for lights, fan, and power points affected by the upcoming strip-out. Appliances: Disconnect the hardwired electric oven and move it to an adjacent room. Isolate/disconnect the dishwasher power supply so the kitchen cabinetry can be safely demolished. Must be a Registered Electrical Contractor (REC) and provide a Victorian Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES). Please quote a fixed flat rate for this specific make-safe scope.

The current supply is 32 amps, and we’d like to upgrade it to the best affordable option to provide enough capacity and reduce the risk of the power tripping, particularly as we’re planning to install 3–4 split-system air conditioners after the switchboard upgrade. Our first priority is to have the switchboard assessed and upgraded appropriately for our current needs and the planned air-conditioning installation. Replace two internal switches with dimmer switches. dimmer switches available only need the installation. Will need to widen the hole in the door trim to fit the dimmer switch. small house so not a lot of wire will be required. Looking for a licensed electrician to replace a broken Clipsal light fitting/batten holder. The existing fitting is shown in the photos, along with the replacement fitting. This should hopefully be a straightforward swap using the existing wiring, followed by testing to make sure everything is working safely. Job: * Remove existing broken light fitting * Install replacement fitting (provided) * Connect to existing wiring * Test and confirm light is working correctly * Replacement fitting is already available/pictured Timing: ASAP preferred.
