Replace 3 light switches

I have installed parking sensors front and rear all wiring next to fuse box as I am not electrician need someone to connect I have fuse box diagram and manual for sensors

Needing a certified electrician to replace: - 12 x double power-points - 1 x single power-point - 1 x 2 gang light switch (light + bathroom fan) - 1 slim light switch - 1 regular light switch We will provide the hardware. We just need someone to do the work (with their own tools). We are available most days any time. Power points and lights work, we just want to update them with new switches. Happy to pay cash

Have two ceiling lights, one is coming out the roof and the otger is just dimming, i think that one just needs a replacement but the other one may need more work to fix up, see images. Please provide the light bulbs, we want warm tone lights.

Bit of an all over the shop task - all information is below . Nbn box battery is not working

The breaker for the laundry keeps dropping and needs to be checked ASAP because the electricity for the whole building goes off
