The job is in a unit. Run 4 x cat6 cabling along the false wall skirting between roof and wall. Will require a few holes through wall to run to other side, but nothing major. I have the cat6 cable and terminations. Also run power for two cctv cameras (IEC C7 connector) or a power outlet if easier. Additionally, change two lamps in lounge room which we have already purchased.

The light is mounted to a timber mounting board, which is attached to a wall containing asbestos sheeting. The timber board and asbestos sheeting are to remain in place. I only want the existing light fitting removed and the electrical connection safely terminated. Scope of work: - Isolate the electrical circuit - Disconnect and remove the existing fluorescent light fitting - Safely terminate/cap the electrical wiring in accordance with Australian electrical requirements - Secure/conceal the terminated wiring appropriately - Dispose of the old light fitting - Leave the existing timber mounting board in place - Do not drill, cut, sand, remove, damage or otherwise disturb the asbestos sheeting - No wall repair, patching or painting required The asbestos wall is clearly visible in the attached photos. When I flipped the power point button off, the lights did not turn off. Top right corner of the switch not working. Other 3 are working. See picture attached

Replace with a light switch and fan knob on the one switch. Currently the fan switch does nothing. Fan operates by turning knob. Switch above controls the light.
