I have dimmer installed for downlighting, want to have them direct. remove dimmers. we are now using wifi Ikea lights that's why. NO. of switches - 2

Water temp is unpredictable, either too hot or too cold, tap adjustments unpredictable, temp changes without adjusting taps. Changing flow rate changes temp. E.g. won’t heat unless full blast. Can then choose either scalding or cold, but not in between.

Just want one, extra power point in the kitchen in one bedroom flat. Basic 15 amp, just to power lights. No usb or anything. No concrete or hideous walls to break thru.
