Replace three existing ceiling downlights with suitable LED units, using the existing openings and wiring. 2. Inspect and repair or replace the damaged cable on a pendant light (see attached photo). The outer cable sheath is damaged near the inline switch. Please include labour, testing and a Certificate of Electrical Safety where applicable. Need three light fittings changed to pendant lights - I want to be able to change the shades as I please and be able to replace the fittings back to their original when I move out down the line

I live in an apartment with 5 metre ceilings and need a smoke alarm battery changed. BYO ladder. There are nearby walls to support the ladder against. It is a 5 minute task I think - I just don’t have a ladder.

Two recessed switches Two small switches above a double power point have fallen/pushed behind the faceplate and can no longer be operated normally. It appears to use a replaceable Philips globe inside the existing downlight fitting, but I am not sure how to remove the globe or what type it is. Please: - Remove and identify the existing globe - Replace the globe if that is the fault - Check the fitting if a new globe does not fix the issue - Keep the existing downlight fitting if possible Please supply any small replacement parts/globe required.
