Hi, I’m urgently looking for a highly experienced electrician, preferably a Level 2, who truly knows what they’re doing – especially when it comes to old heritage houses (this one is over 100 years old) with old wiring setups. This is for my elderly father’s home, and only half the electricity is currently working – all the lights in the house have stopped working. This is extremely unsafe for him, as he’s old and fragile, and I’m very worried about him falling or getting hurt in the dark. A previous electrician had come and done partial upgrades to the switchboard, installed some lights, and made changes, but it was not properly finished. Now I can’t get in contact with him. I’ve dealt with too many unreliable electricians who take the money and don’t fix the actual issue – I can’t afford that again.
