We are a small business located near Martin Place Station, Sydney CBD. We are seeking a reliable and professional IT support provider to assist with urgent setup for a new staff member. Needs onsite attendance and work. We currently have 5 laptops on Federated access to at least 4 of them using email addresses assigned to each staff member. There is one principal with administrator access and a locked down OneDrive folder with only administrator access. Everyone has an email address. All emails are via Outlook. There is a OneDrive and a SharePoint. There is a domain set up with VentraIP. Scope of Work: • Set up a brand new laptop (Windows OS) for one staff member. • Create and configure a Microsoft 365 user account, including Outlook email setup on an existing domain. • Set up secure login credentials, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) where possible. • Configure Federated Login (single sign-on) so the user can log into any compatible device. • Configure access to company SharePoint, mapped as a folder on the laptop for ease of access. • Configure OneDrive backup or another cloud backup solution for the device. • JoinComputer to Domain. • Migrate Old Cpanel Emails to Office365. Timeline: • Setup must be completed by close of business, Wednesday (currently Monday). Location: • Sydney CBD, a short walk from Martin Place Station (across the road from Metro entrance). Dell laptop not turning on correctly freezing up

I’ve bought a new printer, but can’t connect it. I need an IT person to help set it up

I took a shop in Chinatown centre. I just finished the fitout and got NBN moden from Aussie Broadband. I plugged in the cable into the moden and it didn't work at all. I call the Aussie Broadband and they said they could not see the service being activated at all. They sent me the pairing info for the NBN configuration. The electrician told me that he could not help and advised me to find a cabler to do it. The current connection is shown on the photo.

My LaCie 5TB Rugged USB-C Portable Hard Drive is not being able to be read on my device and I think the port needs replacing.

After an update unfortunately my two email accounts are no longer connected to the emails on my desktop, I can only access them through the browser which is very unpractical. Tried resetting the accounts multiple times unsuccessfully and need some help :)

I have a new computer I need set up so that I can use it for recording. I’d also like to ensure all the software is installed correctly and working. I have a couple of extra fiddly things too. For instance, I need to remove an iCloud account from my old computer. And my outlook keeps on requiring me to sign back in, so some trouble-shooting on these would also be appreciated. I have 4 360 water drop camera in my house. They were already installed when I moved in but I’m unable to connect them to my phone app. I tried few times, did the whole process as explained in the app but when it gets to 90% it stops saying error -1 It asks me to check my wifi connection as it doesn’t support 5g and password. I tried look online for a solution but seems no one has this kind of problem.
