Nas server hacked, S220 synology, need to recover data

I have a Karl Storz medical monitor that I am trying to setup an image workflow with so save images to an FTP server and be able to access them. The person who can complete this task should have extensive experience with FTP servers in different environments and MacBook computers.

I'm a creative professional that would like to setup a Self-hosting server so I can access my files across several devices even when I'm overseas and reduce my reliance on paid cloud services Here's what I'm using so far for my setup: TERRAMASTER F4-424 Pro TrueNAS OS Duplicati & Macrium reflect (I do monthly backups of all my files, so leave that process in place) I Want help to install Syncthing, Immich and other applications that you would recommend for my needs, and then additional help setting up the apps to suit my needs. My desktop can access and sync to nas fine, but we also need to troubleshoot why my laptop cannot connect to the NAS as well.

Set up remote access to Plex media server running on a Synology NAS connected to a Starlink modem. The CGNAT on Starlink means port forwarding is not standard and requires a work around potentially via a VPN.

My nas QNAP TVS-x72XT which is use through a 10GBE port is not recognised by my qfinder pro app anymore. I would need someone who can IT check it.
