My address has fttc and I have the new router and modem , but the NBN connection is not connecting .. And the guy I bought the TPLink router from says I have to install it online on my computer and renter a code on the router... But I don't understand. Please help $50 cash Everything is connected and the old phone adaptor connection is plugged on the wall . The NBN is not connecting and Tangerine has not sent a NBN technician for 3 weeks. They were booked in , but never showed up twice. I desperately need the internet connection done on the 24/12. Anytime . Just please come and connect it. $180

I’ve been having issues with slow connection speeds on my WiFi for some time, but recently it’s completely stopped working. As has the wired connection to my TV, which was previously working at a high speed. I have a new modem to try out, I’d like someone with more IT expertise than me to help sort it out. NBN have recently installed a new modem unfortunately the wireless reception is poor. The Internet provider (iinet) suggested a mesh router to boost reception. We need advice on the right one and then have it installed.

Troubleshoot internet/router configuration

I have NBN with provider TPG. I’ve upgraded the service for a higher speed which meant I needed to upgrade the router to a netgear nighthawk ax3000. I need assistance getting things up and running. Getting to the final stage where vlan settings are required to be enabled is causing an issue where the wifi connection drops out. Need someone to probably connect to the router via Ethernet cable to complete setup and then trouble shoot with either TPG or Netgear to get it functioning properly.

I’ve just moved into a new place and brought my Netgear modem/router with me. Problem is, it’s not connecting properly with my new Superloop internet service it keeps dropping out and won’t stay connected. Superloop support says it’s a Netgear/modem issue, but I can’t figure out the right configuration. I need someone with technical experience in setting up Netgear devices (and ideally Superloop connections) to: 1. Check and properly configure my existing modem/router. 2. If it still doesn’t work, head to Officeworks (or another nearby store), pick up a compatible replacement modem, and set it up. – I’ll cover the cost of the new modem and compensate you for your time/travel. Looking for someone who can get this sorted asap today so I can get back online without dropouts. Thanks in advance!

TPG have sent me a new modem and I can't get it to work.Apparently it just needs to be plugged in but I haven't tried as I am not good at technology

Tp-Link Archer VR400 Wifi is connecting and modem/router is showing all necessary lights but there is not internet connection on devices. This building is a FTTP (Opticomm) service and I have spent time on the phone with them already. This is not an issue from their end. The modem is also brand new
