I've had a new computer installed and having trouble downloading the email folders ... - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 7th Dec 2021

Hi there, Our work network has a little server and I’ve accessed files for god know how long. The other day it stopped working. Please help me get it back online (FYI some windows 7 computers have not problems, but my and another windows 10 does have problems) Please let me know the fix so I can replicate on any other computers I find. Access must be done via teamviewer 13. I assume it’s a quick fix, as I have no idea about networks. Cheers Pete

HP laptop. Files, music, etc were transferred to an external hard drive and some appear to have been copied back to c: drive. Have duplicate files, including operating systems. Have tried to consolidate/replace files but error message showing on some. Need duplicates files/operating sysyem files, etc removed and hard drive cleaned up to have more space to download Autocad Inventor.

I can’t seem to sync the one drive files on my laptop and my desk top. Can you fix this for me?

I have multiple devices and have for many years left all email in my inbox as when I used to move them Inyo folders i could no longer see them on other devices? I am looking for help in how to proceed? Regards, Brian
