Since Outlook changed from classic, have not been able to get my email files back as it just stopped allowing me to open it. Also need help setting up correct MS 365 application. Have a shared account.

Computer is new Dell 16. Set up Windows 11 OK. Internet connection is OK. Had trouble getting Google set up and find Microsoft resists set up. Am not knowledgeable on Micrfosoft computers so need an expert to set up all of my Microsoft 365 applications and generally check other applications. I find the telephone contact with Dell unsatisfactory because their experts cannot see my computer screen.

Can send emails from my outlook but cannot receive replies. Happy to talk on phone.

Outlook on home computer hasn't worked since 25/6. I can get emails on laptop but not home computer. I want someone to fix.

Outlook only operates in safe mode, old emails are not fully synchronising, cannot add another account. Must be experienced with office outlook to resolve issue

We have recently had our desktop upgraded. The printer is connected to wifi and set as default printer but print jobs are sitting in the print queue, I need this fixed. Also, I have an Aussie BB email address that I would like added to Microsoft Outlook. I have tried to do it and have selected IMAP but it is not adding. I can log into Aussie BB through the Aussie BB webmail page but would like it in Microsoft Outlook for convenience.
