I am looking for someone to help me set up an email template for my work which I can send out to clients after they attend an appointment. I have already created the template and have it saved as an HTML file but whenever I tried to upload it onto my email it is just an attachment rather than the body of the email. My understanding is that I just need to change a few setting but I don’t have the capacity to try and sort it out at the moment. I would like the template/email saved for easy access so I can just pop in someone’s email and send it off after I see them. I am a health professional so for confidentiality I cannot provide access to my email so would either need someone to come over and complete the set up on my computer with me present.

Unfortunately, I selected the new version of Microsoft Outlook when installing the latest Microsoft 365 and it is not permitting me to go back to the original Outlook, I need some IT assistance to revert two computers back to the original version of Outlook as the new version is horrible

Lost email host due to business going broke. Subscribed to GoDaddy email Outlook 365 Office. Currently have Thunderbird emails which I need exported to Outlook, and/or using SMTP, pop imap retain Thunderbird emails while using Outlook service with these logins. This is a job at my place in Ferntree Gully. Not remote online.

Outlook stopped working back in August last year I have been in contact with Telstra and they are telling me the problem is my set up. I am using MS 365 I would also like to have the hard drive cleaned up

Issues with Outlook - keeps not responding once in, or doesn’t open up (stuck on load profile start up screen). Can do via online if easier.

I have multiple legacy issues from old computers and iphones. I have multiple calendars and contact lists, photo storeagre. Multiple clouds. Also I have recnelty divorced and want to ensure files are not being shared. Also I work in partnership with another person and our outlooks sometimes seem to clash. Also keen for any productivity advice.

Once a week our business emails stop sending/receiving through outlook classic, it takes hours to start working again and we have to uninstall and re install the email account to get it to start moving again. We have the same email account setup on 2 laptops, this problem is only happening on 1 laptop. We also have the email account setup on 2 phones and it is working fine.

I have a longstanding problem that only some of the events I enter in my calendar on my iPhone sync with the calendar in Outlook on my iMac. Most fixes proposed by Google for the problem are not possible because the settings Google/AI discuss are not findable on my iPhone or Outlook. One potentially important fix is to ensure updates to Outlook have been installed. But for a couple of years I have not been able to get updates to Outlook on my iMac to fully load. I need (1) that problem solved and then (2) to have all events in the calendar on my iPhone to sync with the Outlook calendar on my iMac.

New lap top and I am unable to send emails although I can receive them. I use apple mail on my new MacBook Pro laptop with Microsoft outlook. Printer is also not set up.

My outlook is not able to identfy my email address after a recent update. The email runs of an exchange server and keep adding my Hotmail address. Ideally, I wood like to add both addresses like before.
