Need an experienced person with knowledge of setting up Microsoft Office 365. I recently set up new Microsoft Office account. Having problems with outlook and profiles (constantly receiving errors where outlook cannot connect to server). Suspected that an error was made when setting up office 365 for business use. I've installed Microsoft Office 2019, which is supposed to work offline, but I only can use it online. Not sure what happened. Bought it from OfficeWorks, installed it just now on my laptop (windows 10). Can't find shortcuts on my desktop, just odd. I felt tempted to uninstall and re-install but thought I better get an expert from Airtasker.

Outlook won't remember passwords (8 email addresses), and does not regularly check for new messages. Account repair fixes it for the day, but it has to be re-done after each re-boot.

I have just transfered from Mac to Surface Pro. Previously used a uni account for Office, now switched to personal, however the calendar continues to default to the student version and am having trouble syncing multiple accounts (uni, google, Outlook).
