Hi, I would like the internet hardwired throughout the home with 7 outlets.

Wifi is working but internet not connected

I’m experiencing very slow wifi with the new Adsl from Telstra I set it up on Aug 28th has been running fine upon until a week ago, I have the new gem2 modem. I booked an appointment with Telstra but no one showed up :( Not sure how much it would cost please give me a quote

Looking for a reliable caring patient person to help my dad connect his laptop to his new modem and nbn box. My dad is hard of hearing and will need someone who has the patience to connect him to the wifi, show him basic browser use and show the bookmarks for Netflix, Stan and Kayo I have installed on his laptop. Would also be grateful if you could write down basic instructions for him to refer to. Acer laptop - about 3 years old.

The telstra internet in the cafe drops out frequently, even without customers. Please check the setup of modem, cables & iMac. We may need to upgrade the account, modem or router.

To get internet and home phone back get wireless

The Internet connection from the Exetel NBN Server to our Modem has no issues and we can connect easily. But the internet connection from the router to access point and all other direction such as office areas, there seems to be something is wrong which lead to weak Wi-Fi and connection. Our location is a Hotel and we want every guest in both levels to access Wi-Fi but only near the Modem, the Wifi works well. The wifi is weak and has issues. Please come and have a look if I wasn't able to explain this properly.

We have changed internet providers and received a new modem and a Google Nest Router. I have no idea how to set it up and plug the stuff in. We were with Telstra now Aussie broadband and we need help ASAP. We don’t have NBN direct to the house it is wifi from town. Need done urgently.

Moved to mernda vic. I need some one to come asap to set up internet. For gaming netflix. I received nbn telstra modem but very slow. My son bought netgear modem & router but having problems setting it up.

I need some home IT support with the following. I assume this is considered essential work under the current restrictions to support wfh and schooling from home. Location Ashburton, I’d be hoping to get this sorted on sat/sun?? 1- current home internet is I net NBN100 HFC Liimitless (appreciate any advice on better deals for my needs as per below) 2- I’m using an Arris CM8200 modem and a Netgear Nighthawk router- (i havent paired them up correctly- we are connected, but need support on fixing this setup and improving wifi coverage through the house) 3 - Connect Brother printer to wifi and ensure we can print from connected devices (it has stopped working when I tried to connect the nighthawk) 4- ensure we have a secure wifi connection (it’s currently accessing via both modem and router) 5- check wifi strength (positioning of router) for access through the house to connect 2* smart tvs, mobile phs, tablets (schooling from home) , laptop (working from home), and a Mac that seems to be running slow (wifi issue(?))

The laptop was working fine now error Mobile and Netflix working fine

Hello, Our home wifi and internet often drops out and reconnects. I have contacted our ISP and they said it's nothing on their end. It's been happening since we moved to our new house 2 years ago and it's driving me insane. In the last 2 years we have changed IPS, gone from ASDL to NBN, Updated to mesh wifi and the drops are still happening. I want to know why it's happening and what needs to be done to fix it. This is my setup let me know if you need any more details; - TPG NBN Fibre to the curb - Lyra Mesh WiFI - iMac and mac Laptops devices - Double storey house with wall data points - Many hard wired and wifi devices - A couple of smart devices
