Find a professional computer training program in VIC

I’m looking for someone who is very tech-savvy to help optimise my MacBook before I begin an upcoming course. I’d like assistance with: • Cleaning up and organising my computer to make it as simple and user-friendly as possible. • Installing any required software and applications. • Setting up any necessary accounts and ensuring everything is logged in and working correctly. • Going through the course requirements to make sure I have everything installed and ready before I start. • Organising folders, shortcuts, and anything else that will make accessing everything quick and efficient. I’m after someone who is patient, knowledgeable, and happy to explain things as we go so I can confidently use everything moving forward. Ideally, this would be done in person, and I’d love someone who enjoys creating simple, streamlined systems. Please let me know if you have experience with MacBooks, software installation, account setup, and creating an organised, easy-to-use workspace.

Computer won’t charge. Light is flashing orange on side

We require an experienced computer / CCTV tech who can connect a new Hikvision DS-7732NI-M4/24P to the internet / online access - set up app connection. Unit is based on desk in office, connected to a monitor for easy access. 3 Hard drives have already been installed and are working. Cameras have been connected and work ok. Once connection is established we will relocate unit into the roof cavity and connect the existing cameras. Based in Mordialloc.

My laptop is an HP with an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor. My monitor is an HP P244, which supports 1920 × 1080 @ 60 Hz. Connecting them is straightforward. If it has a ⚡ (Thunderbolt) or DP (DisplayPort) symbol, it can usually drive an external monitor.

My computer over heated. This has never happened before. Apparently the temp is 69°. Need this fixed asap. Prefer if can fix it at my home. I’ve attached the photo of what came up after it restarted and made me press F1

I can’t log into my Mac computer

Need help troubleshooting connection of my printer and also my new computer screen. Screen keeps going to sleep and is not talking to laptop.

I could use the help of a computer expert. I recently I purchased a new laptop, and 2 x monitors. I wanted a set up where I could remove the laptop and take it with me if need be, but otherwise plug in and use with the 2 x monitors for my work. We had someone come out and hook it all up, and it worked for about 5 minutes, now the monitors wont work with the laptop lid closed, the printer wont print, and the whole thing is driving me insane. I've purchased 2 x docking stations to try and get this right, but nothing has changed at all. I really need to work, and this has been a massive inconvenience, not to mention a costly exercise. I dont want anymore drama. I could really use the help of someone that sees this sort of stuff all the time, and could genuinely help me out. Computer running really slow

Computer software maintenance. Basically download a few apps now my office 365 is not working and doesn’t open word etc . I also want to get rid of any apps like docs as it’s interfering with my laptop word etc
