Must be knowledgeable person here to successfully show & explain it to one who's not really ever done much of it on their computer themselves. Could be complicated its Apple - Windows. My DELL laptop did a Windows update last night and now it’s stuck on the DELL screen and is looping between that and Restarting but Windows never loads. I’ve tried to uninstall updates and ran diagnostics but nothing is working. Need urgently fixed please. Thanks!

XPS Dell 137390 laptop over heating. Have tried replacing battery and cleaning with compressed air. We are not tech savvy. Need assistance from someone who has more experience with tech repair to troubleshoot possible solutions.
