Find a reliable computer and IT professional in North East Melbourne

My parents are in their 70s and both my sister and myself live overseas. In ~ 2016 I set my parents up with an OnHub router network; OnHub was acquired by Google and is sunsetting this product. I'd like someone to set up a new wireless network at my parents' place and provide clear, easy instructions for how they can reset the password if needed, connect to this network on different devices, and other basic tasks they might need to undertake. I would like steps taken during this session to be documented somehow so they can easily transfer knowledge to someone else down the line if ad-hoc maintenance is needed.

I have been trying to up date from Win 10 to Win 11. I understand i need enable TPM 2.0. Each time I get to Bios and settings the interaction freezes as open settings. The display also shows Chinese characters in part while the rest remains in English characters. have tried various approaches to this problem. I even thought it may be the particular monitor not displaying correctly but swapping made no difference. I have just about given up - Win 10 works fine on the PC that I assembled myself a few years back. I decided to seek help. If this can be fix remotely I be quite OK with that. I more what to find out what im doing wrong.

I’ve just moved into a new place and brought my Netgear modem/router with me. Problem is, it’s not connecting properly with my new Superloop internet service it keeps dropping out and won’t stay connected. Superloop support says it’s a Netgear/modem issue, but I can’t figure out the right configuration. I need someone with technical experience in setting up Netgear devices (and ideally Superloop connections) to: 1. Check and properly configure my existing modem/router. 2.
