Cant reconnect hp7305 printer after switching from 5G to NBN

Looking for an experienced small-business network technician to upgrade and troubleshoot our network at an optometry practice in Heidelberg. Installation must be completed after 5:00pm on a weekday to minimise disruption to the business. Current setup: • NBN FTTP • NetComm NL1901ACV router with intermittent dropouts • Existing network switch and Ethernet cabling throughout premises • Multiple wired PCs and local server • VoIP phones • Wi-Fi Considering a TP-Link Omada ER7212PC with an Omada Wi-Fi access point, but happy to take advice on the most appropriate equipment. Work required: • Inspect existing network, switch and cabling • Install and configure replacement router • Install/configure Wi-Fi access point using existing Ethernet cabling • Configure DHCP/static IPs as required • Ensure server, PCs and VoIP phones continue operating • Test internet/network stability after installation • Troubleshoot the existing dropout issue and confirm whether the router is the likely cause Ideally looking for someone experienced with TP-Link Omada/UniFi, small-business networking, VoIP and Windows server environments. Equipment can be purchased beforehand based on your recommendation. Budget is for labour only; networking equipment will be supplied/purchased separately. Please include your relevant experience, availability and estimated labour cost.

Telstra have given up after may factory resets and other tests and say I need a qualified electrician (not an IT guy) to check the wiring at the wall where Modem cable plugs in. We have NBN but as a non tech head I've no idea if it's Fibre Optic or HFC. I can give you access to the NBN room. The Modem currently has an orange/red light at the front. We had a complete Internet black out last Friday and I usually have to troubleshoot to get the Internet each day!

My Internet keeps dropping out. Telstra have given up and NBN won't visit unless I have at least 4 total dropouts in a 24 hour period! The 'buck pass' is that I need an electrician to check the wall socket that takes a cable to to the modem. I'm a pensioner and can prove it.

I’m wondering how to speed up my NBN. I have Eero networks throughout the home, and my wifi speeds at the NBN box is accurate. However, across my other Eero boxes, the internet speed is much slower. There are ethernet ports available around the house, but I’m not sure if they are installed properly to be used. Thanks in advance!

My HDMI port of my PlayStation 5 is faulty. Needs repairing.

My parents are in their 70s and both my sister and myself live overseas. In ~ 2016 I set my parents up with an OnHub router network; OnHub was acquired by Google and is sunsetting this product. I'd like someone to set up a new wireless network at my parents' place and provide clear, easy instructions for how they can reset the password if needed, connect to this network on different devices, and other basic tasks they might need to undertake. I would like steps taken during this session to be documented somehow so they can easily transfer knowledge to someone else down the line if ad-hoc maintenance is needed.

Recently my apple iPhone stopped working. I need the photos on my damaged phone to come across to my new iPhone however my old iPhone no longer turns on, it just displays a picture of a computer with a cord. When I plug the phone into my computer I’m still not able to recover the photos.

My old apple Mac computer has gone on to white screen it loads up but it will stay on white screen and I can't go in I can go into safe mode but I can't seem to back it up I just don't want to lose my photos and everything in someone help me please

I have a very old WD Elements hard drive that belongs to my wife. It has copies of documents that she needs. The drive does not seem to read correctly when connected to the laptop. It powers up and some files and readable and can be copied onto a laptop but not others.

My Sandisk 4Tb 2 month old SSD was kept away for almost 3 weeks after last use. When attempting to connect to it now, I am unable to detect the SSD anymore on my Mac (Disk Utility) or Windows (Disk Management). Although the LED indicator on the SSD turns on when the USB-C is connected, but the drive is never read. Request help to detect my SSD and recover data inside it and transfer to my laptop.

My iMac suddenly stopped starting up. I did manage to get i started up in recovery mode but now it starts up and asks for Wi-Fi info and gets stuck there.
