Hi, I'm at the closed testing part of my app in google console. I add emails to the track. I know that they must be associated with their google account or used to login to their google account. Gmail indicates a google account. So I know at least some are. I've sent links. All have said they can't download the app. 2 AI apps have told me contradicting things. Top link is install app from Google play right? Bottom link is to test the webapp yes? Either way they can't download my app. Google reviewed and published my release/track. That's ticked. So not sure what needs to be done. Your help would be much appreciated 🙏

I created an app. I'm trying to upload my aab to google console but it keeps telling me the keyprint doesn't match the keyprint they have in their system. I can't find original keyword file. I think I recreated my aab because first upload didn't work but the keystore file of the original must have been saved

Additions "SInce I put the task on Airtasker and have seen the very good responses I need to sharpen my description, which is still hazy. Firstly there are a number of issues needing to be resolved which I would segment into (1) I have a lot of cluttered data on my computer which need to be shelved but where? I have a number of subscriptions including to the cloud but I still house a lot of data (often duplicated on my computer). Once this is done there is time to turn to more hardware driven solutions - wireless connectivity and TV smart screen, printer connectivity, music wireless connectivity, tidy up the numerou cables etc , and then do the same for my wife who has an Apple. In other words there is likely to be more than 4 hours work . If any of the many excellent responses want to spend 4 hours (endless food and dink provided) then I am interested, but the job needs more than very good technical hardware skills - its hard to put in words but someone who also has an organised mind that can listen and see what I have on my computer and we can come up with a plan to fix the mess I have in my computer, Outlook and my subscriptions.
