Hello, I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 8 (13” touchscreen, Intel Evo Core i7). The kickstand hinge on the back has broken and no longer functions properly. This device is used daily for work, so I am looking to have it repaired as soon as possible. Could you please let me know your soonest available booking date, and a fixed quote for the repair? Also whether the repair can be done on-site (I am in Brunswick) or if I need to bring the device to you?

These computers have been utterly useless to me they now can't even be plugged into a monitor to work, they turn on but I cannot plug the monitors in to work. They'll need that fixed and reformatting and setting up so that valarant can be played on them.

My EPSON printer is all over the place, I am not sure how to set the settings and the trays are mixed, same as the paper and the inks.

Bought a few new pc components but struggling to wire it all up. Already connected motherboard, cpu and gpu just need help getting power to it all. The wires have me a bit overwhelmed.

Help with PC set up and cable management

Few issues with my PC that I'm wanting to get looked at. - Graphics card has recently needed to be propped up for it to work. - One (maybe two) of my RAM slots are not working. My computer does not start up when I use all four slots. - Also just wanting my cables tidied up so the PC doesn't look so messy. We have just moved house and are having issues with our internet, TV, Foxtel set up. It is sporadically dropping out, freezing, looping on the same section, sound disappearing and taking ages to change channel. At first NBN wasn’t working but that has been attended to now.

I’ve been having issues with slow connection speeds on my WiFi for some time, but recently it’s completely stopped working. Proper diagnostic and repair. Some troubleshooting already done by me. I’m looking for a proper diagnostic and repair on a high end desktop that has become unstable. Became unstable last night, a few BSOD but persistent browser crashes and corrupt installs. Don’t know if it’s hardware/software/malware, already done a lot of troubleshooting but need the help of a pro now. Can you let me know your approximate callout rate, how you’d approach this, and an estimate of how many hours you’d expect for initial diagnosis?

I have a Rode NT-USB + mic that i have set up but can't get it to record anything. I need a whiz, an IT guy to help set it up. At the moment I have uninstalled it so ready to start again. I have the free Rode Connect software to use with it (currently also uninstalled and ready to download again).
