Seeking someone to buff/polish roughly 40 square metres of floorboards. (Wormy chestnut) Per the floor plan only the hallway and living area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are carpet or tile. Floors were fully sanded back 3 years ago with water based clear coat applied. Floors are in good condition with light scratch marks. I am not seeking perfection. Some marks may remain. But I won’t have a full re-sand done so soon as one was only done 3 years ago. I am seeking quotes. I will remove and replace my own furniture. Thanks

Cabinet maker needed to make some job in my kitchen

I have 3 IKEA Ivar cabinets (80cm wide each) that I need help securely mounting to drywall in my kitchen. There are studs in the walls, but since I want to be able to put cookware into the cupboards an anchor in between studs might be necessary as well. The cabinets are fully assembled; photos are references for the finished look I’m after. Ideally you will have suitable screws and anchors already; I am happy to help during the installation process!

Floor stump has dropped so cabinet is not supported under earth and has pulled away from the wall. Need to remove soft close drawers and screw it in to the wall and also adjust the feet so that they are level again
