You will need your own sander, oil/paint and materials. 4x4m wood deck. It's in good condition (as in no rotting), but needs a sand to remove some left over mould and then to oil. As we seem to have a few days of sunshine, I'd like this done ASAP. There is plenty of parking and I might be able to get you an undercover park too. Hi, I’m looking for someone to do a cosmetic cover-up of a small mould patch on a ceiling in my apartment. This is NOT a full mould removal job — strata will be handling that later.
