A Deck with 2 steps and 2 planter boxes

You will need your own sander, oil/paint and materials. 4x4m wood deck. It's in good condition (as in no rotting), but needs a sand to remove some left over mould and then to oil. As we seem to have a few days of sunshine, I'd like this done ASAP. There is plenty of parking and I might be able to get you an undercover park too. Hi, I’m looking for someone to do a cosmetic cover-up of a small mould patch on a ceiling in my apartment. This is NOT a full mould removal job — strata will be handling that later. I just need it to look clean and presentable as strata keep delaying the date of repairs. The porch/entry to my house is decked. It requires a restain. One edge needs to be resecured squarely. Area is less than 2.5 sq metres

On our bathroom quartz engineered stone bench top it appears the surface has approx 6 small round white bleach stains. We would like these repaired professionally so that they are not visible.

I have a small rectangle 1m x 3.5m of floor that needs to be sanded and stained with Brown Japan - need it to be done ASAP this weekend. Can be a simple Jobs doesn’t need a giant sanding machine. Understand that is not best finish but it’s a small thing don’t over cook it I don’t have tools or Brown Japan stain - materials on top
