I need an experienced handyman or trade professional to install a wire trellis system onto an exterior Hebel wall for two heavy climbing roses. Because this is a Hebel wall, you MUST have experience drilling into Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC). You will need to bring a standard drill with a metal/HSS bit and strictly use rotation-only mode (NO hammer action) so the Hebel panels do not blow out or crack. The Job Involves: • Mapping out a vertical/horizontal grid (approx. 4-5 horizontal wire lines spaced 40-50cm apart). • Keeping drill holes safely away from external corners and panel joints. • Cleaning out the holes, sealing them against moisture, and installing heavy-duty Hebel-specific nylon wall anchors (e.g., Ramset RamPlugs). • Running 2mm-3mm stainless steel wire cables and tensioning them with turnbuckles. The installation area will be about 1.8 to 2.4 metres high and 2.4 to 3.6 metres wide. Please include the cost of heavy-duty Hebel plugs, stainless steel vine eyes, turnbuckles + wire in your offer. Looking for someone experienced with wall mounting to securely install 2 stainless steel shelves above my coffee station. I’ll attach a photo of the actual unit/coffee machine and a render showing roughly how I want the shelves positioned. The shelves need to be: * centred properly on the wall * level and securely mounted * with the lower shelf around 2–4 inches above the top of the coffee machine * evenly spaced above each other Please note the shelves look slightly off-centre in the render, but I want them properly centred to the wall in real life. So I got a little too excited with the paintbrush, and stained my brand new timber bifold doors thinking that the stain would lighten as it dried, however it did not. I have since bought an excellent stain product that keeps the Timber light (see last photo for reference of the only set of bifolds that I did not ruin, which is now coated in the new light tinted stain that I purchased). I have the new stain/paint brushes, and a tin of polystrip, however as you can see in the first image, my attempts to remove the old stain have been pretty unsuccessful so far. So! I am looking for somebody who can: - remove the old stain without damaging the bifolds - lightly sand and prep - apply new light tinted stain (already purchased) Thank you!

Looking for someone to install a stainless steel wall shelf onto the brick wall pictured. Shelf, brackets and original mounting hardware/fixings are all supplied. I also have the installation instructions. It needs to be mounted securely and level on the front of the brick wall, underneath the TV, just below the power points. Please take appropriate care when drilling and ideally have a detector to check the area before drilling. Should be a fairly quick and straightforward job for someone with the correct masonry drill/tools and experience mounting into brick. Located in Prahran. Happy for you to use your own suitable masonry fixings instead of the supplied ones if you think they’ll provide a better/safer installation.
