I need someone to weld 3 stainless steel legs, either round or square for a 2900mm long stone benchtop (around 90kg). Dimensions for legs space is 250mm depth. 1060mm high. 3 of them must be able to be bolted to the ground. Tasker to provide all materials.

We've recently moved into a house where one section of wooden floorboards is coloured differently to the nearby sections. We would like that section of floor restained so that it better matches the rest of the house. We know it likely won't be possibly to perfectly match the colour - that's fine, we just want the difference to be less obvious. The area measures approximately 3.5m x 3.5m. We don't know what wood the floorboards are made of, nor what stains or products have been used. The house is from around 1900. We are seeking someone to: - Sand that area of floor back, - Stain the floorboards to better match the rest of the house, and - Apply a new topcoat. We will pay for the stain and top coat - but would appreciate your expertise to choose and purchase the right products to use, particularly to best match the colour. The house is currently empty so there's no furniture etc to work around. We will have some people painting the house at the same time but will make sure they are not in your way. I need a clean circular hole cut into the side of this steel cupboard. I cut a rough hole in it myself to feed the washine machine hose through, but I need a cleaner hole cut in before I move out. The laundry cupboard has one of those slim stainless-steel laundry troughs with a storage cabinet underneath, next to the washing machine. The washing machine will be moved out of the apartment on Friday 7 Aug so I'd like someone to come on Saturday 8 Aug.
