Hi, I’m looking for an appropriately licensed/insured tradesperson to investigate and repair what appears to be a small roof leak above our bathroom. There is visible water staining on the bathroom ceiling near the cornice (photo attached). There is only a roof above this area, so I would like the roof/roof space inspected to determine where the water is entering. Looking for someone who can: Inspect the roof and roof space above the affected area Identify the source of the water ingress Repair/seal the source of the leak Check the affected ceiling/plasterboard for any significant damage Advise whether the ceiling needs repair or simply stain-blocking/repainting once completely dry Please include any materials required in your offer, or let me know separately if materials are likely to be additional. Prepare sand and restain my deck approx 4 metre by 3 metre

Clean and apply 3rd coat of stain on exterior weathertex cladding and spotted gum decking on large deck. Also stain second coat 2 wooden gates and paint retaining wall.

Two floorboards are damaged and need replaced. The replacement boards don't need to perfectly match (this is coming ahead of a later renovation), but a close stain would be great.

Deck and house timber stain Looking for someone experienced to clean, prepare and stain the timber at the rear of my house. Scope includes: Clean and prepare the existing back deck. Light sand/prep where required. Stain the full deck area. Stain the vertical timber cladding across the rear of the house. Stain the timber under the roof/eaves where required. Protect windows, brickwork, outdoor kitchen and surrounding areas. Apply enough coats to achieve an even, quality finish. Clean up once completed.
