A section of painted exterior timber trim above my front bay window has come loose/fallen away (see photo). Looking for someone with carpentry/exterior timber experience to: - inspect why it has come away and check for timber rot/water damage; - repair or replace the damaged section as required; - securely fix the timber; - seal/prime the replacement timber appropriately for exterior use; ideally repaint to match the existing blue/teal trim (or advise if - painting should be done separately) I have some left-over paint in the garage; - have a quick look at the adjacent timber to identify any other deterioration. Please include materials in your quote or advise what materials will be required. Access is at the front of a single-storey house, above a bay window. Ladder will be required.
